We Are Called to Proclaim the Gospel for the Glory of God.
We are committed to encouraging, sending, and supporting people who are called by God to carry out the Great Commission. This commitment leads some to long term global work and many others to short term trips and service opportunities.
Our commitment leads us to connecting our church family with local missions opportunities as well. Many of our members joyfully volunteer at Pathway Ministries, the South Side Ministries, and at our own Hands of Grace pantry and evangelism ministry in partnership with Grace Baptist Church.
Global Outreach (GO)
The Global Outreach ministry at Bethany encourages, sends, and supports those in our church family who have a calling to carry out the Great Commission – whether they serve locally, nationally, or internationally.

A Short-term trip is a 7-10 day ministry experience on the ground with one of our GO Partners. You'll go as part of a team to accomplish a concrete goal and make a real impact for Jesus.

Community Outreach
South Side Mission
South Side Mission is located at 1127 S. Laramie in Peoria. Due to the pandemic, we are not currently leading worship services at PRM. Contact the church office if you would like to serve through teaching/preaching or helping with music once this ministry resumes!

Hands of Grace
Hands of Grace is a food pantry ministry partnership between Bethany & Grace Baptist Church. While they work to provide food their goal is one of advancing the Gospel. You can help by volunteering for a distribution, giving to the ministry, or donating food for the pantry.

Knowing Christ Radio is a ministry that broadcasts Pastor Ritch's sermons and teaching throughout the United States through internet and local radio stations. It airs every Sunday morning on various radio stations.
