To update your email signature with the new branding follow the instructions in the video. Or follow these simple steps:

1. Click "Settings" then "See all Settings."
2. Scroll down to signature section.
3. Click "Create New."
4. In the signature box copy this:
   1. Your Name
      Your Title

      Bethany Baptist Church | (309) 692-1755 x000
5. Replace the sections with your name, title, & extension.
6. Highlight your name. Then click the "Bold" icon. Then click to text icon and select "Large."
7. Highlight the "Bethany Baptist Church" text and click the "insert/edit link" icon. Paste in the website (https://www.bethanycentral.org/) and click "ok."
8. Highlight the link you just created and click the icon to change the link color. Select the lowest color under the blue column.
9. Click next to your extension and hit enter. Click the add image icon and select the new horizontal logo. You can download a special version that is the correct size. Click upload. Click on the image you just uploaded and click "Medium" to change the size.
10. Under "Signature defaults" select the new signature that you just made under "FOR NEW EMAILS USE" from the drop down list.
11. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes."
