Sunday Worship
Weekly Schedule
Starting Point is a single-session class that meets during our first service in Room 813. It’s designed to help you learn who we are, what we believe, and how you can find your place in the life of our church family. You’ll also discover what to expect on Sunday mornings, how to navigate the building, and explore the ministries and classes we have available. To RSVP go to bethanycentral.org/start.
We’re so excited to celebrate the incredible progress we’ve made—over 680 stories have been shared across our three areas! Each one is represented by a ping pong ball, a powerful reminder of how God is at work through us. Praise the Lord! To encourage everyone on this journey of knowing their story, we’ll soon be giving away free t-shirts to those who are participating!
It’s not too late to get involved—sign up for our 12-week evangelism coaching by text or email, or listen to the full podcast series—all episodes are now available. Visit bethanycentral.org/knowtheirstory to learn more and stay engaged!

Icebreaker: If you had only eat one type of cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Discussion 1: When Jesus taught in His hometown, people took offense at Him because they knew Him as a carpenter and they knew His family. Why do you think this familiarity led to their rejection of Jesus?
Application 1: Like Jesus, we may face rejection when we live out our faith. Why is it often harder to share Jesus with close family and friends? How can we continue to reach them with the gospel even if they are hostile to us?
Discussion 2: Jesus sends the twelve disciples out two by two, giving them authority over unclean spirits and instructing them not to take extra provisions. Why do you think Jesus emphasized dependence on God rather than material preparation for their mission? How does Jesus’s approach to ministry reflect His call to make disciples?
Application 2: Are there areas in your life that you need to depend on God more — areas where you are trusting in your own strength rather than His?
Discussion 3: Herod knew John was a righteous man and liked listening to him, yet he ultimately gave in to pressure and had John executed. How might even “spiritual” people like Herod turn from Jesus? What does this ultimately show about their heart?
Application 3: Herod feared what others thought of him more than he cared about doing what was right. Are there areas in your life where fear of what others think holds you back from doing what you know God wants you to do? How can you grow in courage during those times?
