Know Their Story: 2025 Evangelism Goal
Sunday, January 26
We continue our series called “Know Their Story,” focusing on how love listens. Our goal for the year is to initiate conversations, listen to the stories of unsaved friends, neighbors, and family members, and then celebrate! We are challenging ourselves as a church to hear 2,000 new stories this year, and the initiative will kick off on January 26th.
Join the Children's Ministry Team
Our Children’s Ministry team is looking for volunteers to join Children’s Church, Buddy Teams, Awana, Nursery, and more! These are some of the ways we get the opportunity to disciple the next generation for Jesus. Congregational Meeting

Save the date! In two weeks, we’ll come together for our Congregational Meeting. This is a special time to hear how God is moving through the various ministries of our church. Everyone is welcome to attend—whether you’re a member or not! After the meeting, join us for a time of dessert and fellowship as we welcome our newest members. We look forward to seeing you there!

Bylaw Change Q&A Session
Sunday, January 12, 12:00 pm
We have an important vote on proposed changes to our church bylaws coming up at the January congregational meeting. To help prepare, we’ve planned Q&A sessions to answer questions and discuss the details of these changes. The final session will be on Sunday, January 12 at noon. The proposed changes are posted on the office window.
Winter/Spring Ladies Bible Studies
Throughout the year, Bethany offers ongoing and short-term Ladies’ Bible Studies that meet at various times throughout the week. We have morning, afternoon, and evening classes. Several options are available for you to study God’s Word.

Malawi 2025 GO Trip Informational Meeting

Those who are interested in and praying about joining our Summer 2025 Global Outreach trip to Malawi there will be an information meeting on Sunday, January 12th at 1pm in the High School room. This is the place to ask questions and learn more as well as apply if you are ready to join the trip.
Child-Dedication Class
Sunday, January 26, 9:00 am
For those who want to have their child dedicated but have never attended the class. We will cover what child dedication is, basic parenting principles, and give an overview of Bethany resources. Contact the church office to register.
The next dedication will be held on February 9th.
Pray for High School Winter Camp

Our students will be traveling to Uplands Retreat Center next weekend. Please join us in prayer for them and their leaders. Pray that God would unite our students in love for God and one another. Pray that God would use their study of the book of Philemon to ignite a holy passion within our students.
New Prayer Group: Parents Praying the Miracle
Wednesday, January 15, 6:15 pm
A ministry for parents burdened by their adult child’s physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. Starting Wednesday, January 15, the group will meet weekly from 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm in the Office Conference Room. Contact Anna Powell at buglenose@hotmail.com with any questions.
