Icebreaker:
Do you think major success or major suffering makes people harder to reach with the gospel?
Discussion Questions:
How is God’s providence on display in this story?
What is the significance of the expression of faith that Elisha asks Namaan to show?
What drives Namaan’s response to Elisha and how do his servants appeal to him?
Application Questions:
In what ways might we be tempted to rush to meet people’s material needs without allowing them to express spiritual faith?
What simple steps of faith might God be asking you to take (Bible reading, prayer, etc) that you are sometimes tempted to doubt as being impactful?
