In addition to Kids Conference, during both our first and second services, instead of our regular ABC’s, we are offering special electives where you can hear directly from our GO partners. They will each speak for 30 minutes with a transition time then another session so you can catch two session during each service time. We are still accepting donations through this week and through your generosity we’ve already raised $28,115 to aid Samaritan’s Purse in their efforts to provide vital relief and care in the affected regions. The Anvil is a set of group gatherings hosted by various men at Bethany. You choose a one-time event to attend to meet other men from Bethany for fellowship and fun. This week is promotion Sunday! We are looking forward to welcoming children to their new fall grade levels. Your child will meet in their new rooms with their Sunday School and Children’s Church classes.

Our Children’s Ministry team is looking for volunteers to help serve in Sunday School, Children’s Church, nursery, and to help on our “buddy teams.” This is a great way to serve the church family, and to invest in advancing the Gospel for our children. 6:00pm evening service with baptisms by the lake, prayer, and ministry updates including deacon/deaconess and elder confirmation (see below for names). We’ll end the evening with a time of fellowship and dessert after the meeting.

Jeremy Kluth will be returning to Bethany to present a dramatic recitation from the book of Daniel during our service.
